This is my stove, a Wedgewood built in the early ‘50s. For the last 18 years I’ve tested just about every one of my recipes on it, including all of the pastries in Jacquy Pfeiffer’s The Art of French Pastry. Jacquy is so happy that the recipes worked in this home oven – if they worked there they’ll work everywhere.

The Ecocina stove. A safe, clean-burning stove that reduces smoke and carbon emissions. The savings in firewood pays for the stove in a few months.
