My husband and I eat at home most of the time. I have a medical need to alkalizer my diet and a desire to eat more vegeterian and vegan meals. I find that so many veg/vegan recipes have hot peppers and spices in them. I am unable to tolerate (and I don't like) that kind of heat. We eat basic meats and vegetables, homemade soups, oatmeal for breakfast, and an occasional quinoa recipe.

We are a family of 5, 3 children ages 13, 11, and 5, and would like to involve the children in the cooking and shopping. We would be interested in 5 vegetarian meals a week with your help.
