For some reason my title for the photo posted below didn't post. Jacquy Pfeiffer and I won the James Beard Award for his spectacular book, The Art of French Pastry, on Friday. I think it's so funny that my first Beard Award is for a pastry book. It is such a great book. I loved working with Jacquy on it and look forward to future projects!
